Evaluation and Proposal for the Development of Creative Industries in Brno

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje v teoretické části kulturním a kreativním průmyslům. Úvodní část teorie se zabývá jejich významem, pojmem, mapováním a podporou rozvoje. Samostatnou část kapitoly tvoří kreativní centra, která jsou důležitým prostorem pro rozvoj kreativní třídy a mají velký význam pro kulturní a kreativní odvětví. Praktická část diplomové práce popisuje stav kreativních průmyslů z pohledu mapování, navazuje na strategické dokumenty z oblasti kultury a kreativních průmyslů, které se věnují úpravě budoucího strategického vývoje a vztahů mezi městem Brnem a ostatními aktéry KKP. K provedení analýzy stavu byly vedeny semistrukturované rozhovory s aktéry KKP a dotazníkové šetření se zástupci budoucí kreativní třídy, byly vyhodnoceny bariéry i pozitiva, čímž byl zhodnocen současný stav KKP na území města. Na základě výsledků šetření byl vytvořen návrh na možnost rozvoje KKP a kreativních center.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to cultural and creative industries. The introductory part of the theory deals with their meaning, concept, mapping and development support. A separate part of the chapter is devoted to creative centers, which are an important space for the development of the creative class and are of great importance for the cultural and creative industries. The practical part of the thesis describes the state of the creative industries from the perspective of mapping, it is related to the strategic documents in the field of culture and creative industries, which are dedicated to the adjustment of future strategic development and relations between the City of Brno and other CCI actors. In order to carry out the analysis of the state, semi-structured interviews with CCI actors and a questionnaire survey with representatives of the future creative class were conducted, barriers and positives were evaluated, thus assessing the current state of CCIs in the city. Based on the results of the survey, a proposal for the possibility of developing CCIs and creative centers was developed.
