Bakalářská práce se zabývá syntézou koordinačních sloučenin platiny pro supramolekulární komplexy s kavitandy. This thesis focuses on the synthesis of coordination compounds of platinum for supramolecular complexes with cavitands. This thesis describes the synthesis of two derivatives of oxaliplatin, which were used for the study of the formation and strength of binding interaction with selected macrocyclic cavitands: β-cyclodextrin and cucurbit[7]uril.
