Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou úmrtnosti na vybraná závažná onemocnění. Jednotlivé části práce jsou věnovány definici úmrtnosti a jejím výpočtům. Další část se zabývá analýzou výskytu závažných onemocnění v České republice. Dále jsou popsány choroby, na které se v ČR umírá nejvíce a s tím zobrazen také vývoj úmrtnosti. This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of mortality on selected serious diseases. The individual parts are dedicated to the definition of mortality and its calculations. Another part deals with the analysis of the occurrence of serious diseases in the Czech Republic.
