Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu dopadu nové regulace v oblasti kybernetické bezpečnosti. Na začátku práce jsou vymezeny teoretická východiska a základní legislativní rámec. This master's thesis focuses on analyzing the impact of new regulation in the field of cybersecurity. The theoretical foundations and basic legislative framework are outlined at the beginning of the thesis.
