Abstract:
Množství práce a pracovní tempo, které má zaměstnanec na konci své pracovní doby odevzdat určuje zaměstnavatel. V diplomové práci jsou rozebírány jednotlivé okolnosti, ke kterým musí zaměstnavatel ze zákona při určování množství práce přihlížet a ke kterým by přihlížet měl, jelikož působí na výkonnost zaměstnance a lze ji jimi zvyšovat.
