Abstract:

Diplomová práce Mezigenerační učení na pracovišti je ukázkou případové studie zaměřující se na zkoumání faktorů mající vliv na mezigenerační učení v dané Firmě. První, teoretická, část představuje význam celoživotního učení a předkládá jej jako základní kámen celé diskuze. Dále je značná pozornost věnována pracovišti jako místu k učení, které zde probíhá jak na úrovni jedince, skupiny, tak organizace. Závěr práce představuje propojení konceptů a seznamuje s konceptem mezigeneračního učení, především s akcentem na pracoviště, kde se snaží ukázat přínosy tohoto konceptu, ale i příklady z praxe. Empirická část je detailním seznámením s kroky výzkumu realizovaného optikou případové studie. Za techniky sběru dat byly využity metody jak kvalitativního, tak kvantitativního charakteru s cílem najít odpověď, jakým způsobem firemní prostředí nahrává mezigeneračnímu učení. Jako oblasti zkoumání byly vzaty v potaz prostorové a sociálně- psychologické podmínky pracoviště a povaha činnosti/pracovního úkolu. Dotazník měl poodhalit především postoje ke generacím, sociometrický test poodhalit povahu interakcí v pracovní skupině a skupinový rozhovor se zaměřil na příležitosti a podobu učení na pracovišti.

Abstract:

The Master’s Thesis Intergenerational Learning at Workplace is a case study focusing on the research of factors that influence intergenerational learning in a particular Corporation. The first part is theoretical and it introduces the importance of all-life education and utilizes it as the foundation of the following argument. Furthermore is the attention centered on the workplace as a place to learn This learning occurs there on the individual and work-group level as well as the whole-company level. The conclusion of the thesis links the concepts and informs about the concept of intergenerational learning with the emphasis on the workplace. Additionally, it aims at showing the benefits of this approach on examples from the practice. The empirical part of the work describes in detail the individual steps taken to execute the research with case study methodology. Methods of both qualitative and quantitative character were used to harness data with the ultimate goal to answer whether and in what way does the corporate environment support intergenerational learning. The areas considered for the research were spatial and socio-psychological conditions of the workplace and the nature of the activity/work task. The questionnaire aimed above all at revealing the attitude towards generations, the sociometric test at the nature of interaction in the work group and the group interview at the opportunities to learn and the forms of learning at the workplace.
