The Inclusive out-of-school education for Romany children with the help of the free-time activities

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce ?Inkluzivní mimoškolní vzdělávání romské mládeže pomocí volnoča-sových aktivit? pojednává o zlepšení podmínek vzdělávání u mládeže a o obecné pomo-ci pro romskou mládež v sociálně vyloučené oblasti. V mé práci se snažíme zlepšit komunikaci s potencionálními klienty pomocí aktivní terénní práce a navázání kontaktu s nimi zejména pomocí volnočasových aktivit a další nabídkou, kterou nabízí nízkoprahová komunitní centra. Má práce popisuje aspekty života v sociálně vyloučené oblasti se zaměřením na romskou kulturu, identitu a rodinné prostředí. Dalším důležitým tématem, které je zmíněno, je vztah romské komunity k české společnosti. Zmíněna je zde důležitost vzájemného respektování a znalostí všech kulturních odlišností ve všech aspektech společného života. V neposlední řadě v praktické časti se v mé práci snažíme z pozice terénního sociálního pracovníka o oslovení romské mládeže pomocí volnočasových aktivit jako nejjednoduššího způsobu navázaní kontaktu a oboustranného zájmu, který by překonal určité etnické bariéry, negativní nahlížení na romskou komunitu a předsudky. Navíc jsme se pokusili tento způsob práce s mládeží využít jako prevenci vůči sociálně patologickým jevům.

Abstract:

The topic of this diploma thesis is ?Inclusive out-of-school education for Romany children with the help of free-time activities? as the title suggets, it deals with free-time activities of Romany children and young adults as the help for better conditions for young Romany people in social ghetto. The main focus of the thesis is to improve the communication in this exclusive area and social relation with the streetwork and social assistant . The main target of this thesis is the project of getting acquainted with the availability of low-threshold facility free-time courses. My bachelor thesis describes the aspect of Romany life in the ghetto, romany culture, identity of Roma and romany family. In next part of my thesis, I refers the relation contacts between Romany people and the others for better feeling in the society. Reciprocy respect is very important. In the practical part of my bachelor thesis I focuse the attention on the work of social streetworker, who is interisting to show the possibilities of free-time activities, are possible (of prevention) to eliminate socially pathological phenomena of children.
