Diplomová práce se zabývá trestným činem nebezpečného pronásledování. Tento moderní delikt postihuje specifickou formu vztahového násilí, ve světě známou pod pojmem stalking. Tímto výrazem se zpravidla rozumí způsob chování, kdy se pachatel zaměří na jinou osobu, kterou pronásleduje, obtěžuje, vyhrožuje jí, či ji fyzicky napadá. Abstract:
This thesis deals with a crime of stalking. This modern offence covers a specific type of relationship violence, known worldwide as “stalking”. This term is usually interpreted as the behavioural pattern when the perpetrator focuses on the other individual whom he follows, harasses, threatens or physically assaults.
