State aids in the case law of the European Court of Justice
Abstract:
Tématem mé diplomové práce je poskytování státních podpor v právu ES a ilustrace některých charakteristických rysů státních podpor na judikatuře Evropského soudního dvora. Zabývá se pojmem "státní podpora" spolu s jejímy hmotněprávními a procesněprávními aspekty. Práce obsahuje též pojednání o právní úpravě státních podpor v ČR a aktuální trendy v regulaci státních podpor v rámci EU.
Abstract:
The aim of my diploma thesis is the concept of state aids in the EC law. Main features of state aids are illustrated od the case law of the European Court of Justice. The thesis contains also a brief summary of legal regulation of state aids in the Czech republic and current trends of state aids in EC law.
