Abstract:

Talent management je moderní nástroj sloužící k maximálnímu využití pracovní sily díky řízení talentů v organizaci. Umístění správných lidí na správná místa přispívá k jejich rozvoji a zároveň k dosahování stanovených firemních vizí a cílů. Cílem této diplomové práce je zkoumat vztah mezi uplatňovaným talent managementem a angažovaností pracovníků. Empirická studie s využitím dotazníkového šetření má za cíl odpovědět na formulované otázky v rámci metodiky výzkumné práce. Hlavním přínosem této práce je zjištění, jaký vliv má uplatňovaný talent management na angažovanost zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

Talent management is a modern tool that is implemented to maximize the use of the workforce in the organization. Placing the right people in the right places contributes to their development and at the same time to the achievement of company’s visions and goals. The aim of this thesis is to examine the relationship between applied talent management and employee engagement. An empirical study, with a help of a questionnaire survey, aims to answer the questions, that were formulated within the methodology of this work. The main contribution of this work is to find out how applied talent management influences employee engagement.
