Diplomová práce se zabývá vazebním omezením osobní svobody, jehož relevance se plynutím času proměňuje. Práce zkoumá zejména lhůty, přípustné limity délky vazby a další faktory ovlivňující trvání vazby. Cílem práce je prostřednictvím judikatury Ústavního soudu a Evropského soudu pro lidská práva zjistit, jaká kritéria jsou relevantní při posuzování přiměřenosti trvání vazby. Abstract:
The thesis deals with detention, which relevancy shifts in the course of time. Durations of detention, their allowable limits and other factors influencing length of detention are examined in the thesis as well.
