Credits for Small and Medium Enterprices

Abstract:

In the diplomma work we devote our time to the financing of small and medium enterprises by means of loans. The main aim of the work is to identify and evaluate the possibilities of the acquiring and using of the loans at the financing of enterpreneurship of those enterprises. In the first chapter we characterize enterpreneurship of small and medium enterprises and their finances. We distinguish the types of financial means of those enterprises and I closely devote myself to loan sources. The second chapter analyses and evaluates the results of our research and at the same time, there are identified and evaluated the possibilities of acquiring and using loans at the financing of small and medium enterprises. The research was carried out by form of questionnaires in small and medium enterprises on the territory of the Slovak republic. In the third chapter there are formulated the recommendations for the optimal financial decision-making of small and medium enterprises.

Abstract:

V diplomovej práci sa venujeme financovaniu malých a stredných podnikov prostredníctvom úverov. Hlavným cieľom práce je identifikovať a zhodnotiť možnosti získavania a využívania úverov pri financovaní podnikania týchto podnikov. V prvej kapitole je charakterizované podnikanie malých a stredných podnikov a ich financie. Rozlišujeme druhy finančných zdrojov týchto podnikov a bližšie sa venujem úverovým zdrojom. Prvá kapitola obsahuje aj formy podpory malého a stredného podnikania ako možnosti pre rozvoj a stabilizáciu malých a stredných podnikov. Druhá kapitola analyzuje a vyhodnocuje výsledky nášho prieskumu a zároveň sú tu identifikované a zhodnotené možnosti získavania a využívania úverov pri financovaní malých a stredných podnikov. Prieskum bol uskutočnený formou dotazníkov v malých a stredných podnikoch na území Slovenskej republiky. V tretej kapitole sú formulované odporúčania pre optimálne finančné rozhodovanie malých a stredných podnikov.
