Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá navrhováním jednotlivých složek betonové směsi. Uvádí první zmínky o betonu a popisuje jeho vývoj až do dnešní doby. Dále se zabývá obecným popisem složek betonu, a to kamenivem, cementem, vodou, přísadami a příměsemi. V aplikační části jsou uvedeny požadavky, které jsou kladené na beton, metody pro navrhování složení betonové směsi a návrhy směsi dle Kennedyho metody. Zároveň jsou v aplikační části uvedeny výpočty a výsledky návrhů dle Kennedyho metody. Na konci této části práce jsou uvedeny poznatky z exkurze ve firmě PREFA Roudná a.s. V diskuzi výsledků jsou řešeny výsledky návrhů složení směsí a řešení výzkumných problémů, které se zabývají objemovou hmotností kameniva a porovnáním vydané receptury s návrhy.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of individual components of concrete mixture. It introduces the first mention of concrete and describes its evolution up to the present. It also deals with a common description of the components of concrete - aggregates, cement, water, additive and admixtures. In the application section there are the requirements placed on concrete, methods for the design of concrete mixture and designs of mixture by the Kennedy method. There are also introduced the calculations of designs and the results of the designs according to the Kennedy method. At the end of this part the findings from the excursion in a company named PREFA Roudná a.s. are presented. In the discussion of the results there are dealt the results of the proposals of mixtures and solutions of research problems that deal with the volume weight of aggregate and the comparison of published recipe with designs.
