Cílem této rigorózní práce je systematicky analyzovat a provést popis kvalifikačních kritérií stanovených zákonem č. 137/2006 Sb., o veřejných zakázkách. Dále je v tomto kontextu kladen také důraz na základní zásady stanovené zákonem o veřejných zakázkách, a to zásady transparentnosti, rovného zacházení a zákazu diskriminace. The aim of this doctoral thesis is to carry out a legal analysis of qualification criteria based on Public Procurement Act n. 137/2006. Further in this thesis is placed emphasis on basic principles set by Public Procurement Act, namely transparency principle, equal treatment principle and discrimination ban principle.
