Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá jednáním majícím znaky přestupku jakožto negativním vymezením osobní působnosti zákona č. 200/1990 Sb., o přestupcích, v kontextu navazující právní úpravy. Při rozboru problematiky bylo použito komparace mezi současnou obecnou právní úpravou přestupků s novou, účinnou od 1. 7. 2017, a právní úpravou služebních poměrů vojáků z povolání a příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů.
