The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of eating in a selected population group, here the members of the 43rd Airborne Battalion. To understand the empirical research correctly, the theoretical part is devoted to nutrition and nutrition issues focusing on the basics and aspects of nutrition, nutrients, energy balance and drinking regime.
