Autor práce popisuje, shrnuje a analyzuje z několika úhlů pohledu retailové bankovnictví v ČR a předkládá hypotézu jeho budoucího vývoje. V úvodu stručně popisuje historický vývoj českého bankovnictví a jeho aktuální právní rámec v kontextu související legislativy Evropské unie. The author describes, summarizes and analyses retail banking in the Czech Republic from a few view angles, and offers its development hypothesis. The beginning deals with historical development of Czech banking and its current legal framework in the context of the EU legis-lation.
