Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice informovaného souhlasu. Jedná se o právní aspekt komunikace lékaře při zdravotní péči, který slouží k prosazení zájmu pacienta, tzv. poučení a souhlas s poskytováním zdravotní služby, tedy informovaný souhlas.
