Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza stravovacích služeb a celkový servis v pražském hotelu Sheraton Prague. Zároveň návrh evaluace, zkvalitnění služeb a jejich rozšíření.Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the quality and scope of services provided by the department of food and beverage and its individual departments at the Sheraton Hotel Prague and to propose evaluation, improvement and extension.
