Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řízení lidských zdrojů v globálním podnikatelském prostředí. Cílem práce bylo popsání problematiky řízení lidských zdrojů ve společnosti. Charakteristika globálního prostředí, analýza moderních technologií jako konkurenční výhodu společnosti a následný průzkum ve vybrané společnosti.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with the issue of human resource management in the global business environment. The aim of the thesis was to describe the issue of human resource management in society. Characteristics of the global environment, analysis of modern technologies as a competitive advantage of the company and subsequent research in the selected company.
