Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá některými problémy spjatými s volbami do zastupitelstev obcí. V obecné části je přiblížena pozice zastupitelstva a volební proces, čímž jsou položeny základy pro představení vybraných problémů. This bachelor thesis deals with some problems connected to elections to local government elections. The position of the local government and election process is introduced in the general part, which lies down basis for introduction into the problems.
