Abstract:

Abstract KRAICOVÁ, Michala. Language competences of workers in services from the perspective of the employer.- The Institute of Hospitality Management. Prague: 2015. p. This Bachelor´s Dissertation is concerned about the required level of language proficiency of workers from the perspective of the employer in franchise coffee houses and private coffee houses. The main objective of this dissertation is to analyze language competences of workers in both private and franchise coffee houses in Prague, The Czech republic in comparison with the ones in Lisbon, Portugal. The dissertation consists of three parts. The theoretical part is devoted to defining the basic concepts of franchise and private enterprises, levels of foreign languages and their implementation in the context of intercultural communication. The practical part deals with the research of the main objective and the two stated hypotheses. For this purpose the comparison method and a survey have been applied. The results and conclusions are processed in the practical part of this Bachelor´s Disseration.

Abstrakt KRAICOVÁ, Michala. Jazykové kompetencie pracovníkov v službách z pohľadu požiadavok zamestnávateľa. – Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2015. s. Táto bakalárska práca je zameraná na požadovanú úroveň jazykových znalostí zamestnancov z pohľadu zamestnávateľ franchisových a súkromných podnikov kaviarenského typu. Hlavným stanoveným cieľom tejto práce je analyzovať úroveň jazykových kompetencií pracovníkov franchisových a súkromných podnikov kaviarenského typu z pohľadu zamestnávateľa v Prahe, Českej republike v porovnaní s podnikmi v Lisabone, Portugalsku. Práca je rozdelená do troch častí, teoretickú, analytickú a návrhovú. V časti teoretickej je pozornosť venovaná vymedzeniu základných pojmov franchisových a súkromných podnikov, úrovniam cudzích jazykov a ich významom a implementáciou v rámci interkultúrnej komunikácií. Analytická časť sa zaoberá výskumom stanoveného cieľa a ďalej dvoma stanovenými hypotézami. Za týmto účelom boli použité metódy komparácie a dotazníkového šetrenia. Výsledky a závery sú spracované v závere analytickej časti tejto bakalárskej práce.
