Formation and development of the Constitution of the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o vzniku a vývoji Ústavy České republiky. Zabývá se inspiračními zdroji, které měly vliv na Ústavu České republiky. Zaměřuje se na dobové okolnosti, v nichž Ústava vznikala. Dále pojednává o samotném procesu přijetí tohoto ústavního zákona a následně práce charakterizuje i jednotlivé hlavy Ústavy České republiky.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the origin and development of the Constitution of the Czech Republic. It deals with sources of inspiration that influenced the Constitution of the Czech Republic. It focuses on the contemporary circumstances in which the Constitution was created.
