Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to show how has Orlová changed through the ages, from its founding to the prezent. Orlová, originally an agricultural area, became a mining area in the 19th century with all the consequences associated with coal mining. Result of mining activity led to destruction of old buildings and construction of the new, modern town in places where there is no impact of mining. This thesis …more

Cílem této bakalářské práce je ukázat Orlovou v proměnách času, od jejího založení až po současnost. Orlová, původně zemědělská oblast, se stává od 19. století oblastí hornickou se všemi důsledky spojenými s těžbou uhlí. Následkem důlní činnosti docházelo k likvidaci staré části zástavby a výstavbě nového, moderního města v místech, kde nehrozí důsledky těžby. Tato práce by měla přiblížit jednotlivé …more
