Abstract:
Smyslem a cílem práce je určit a podrobně prozkoumat možnosti uplatnění paušálních výdajů při stanovení daně z příjmů fyzických osob v České republice. Pro tuto práci vycházím z hypotézy, že daňové zatížení uvalené na závislou práci je značně vyšší než zatížení OSVČ, což může vést k nežádoucímu napětí a simulaci obchodních vztahů namísto existujících vztahů pracovněprávních. The meaning and the aim of this diploma thesis is to figure out and to explore possibilities of application of lump sum expenditures in the Czech Republic.
