Hlavním cílem diplomové práce "Efektivnost podniků zpracovatelského průmyslu - mlýny a pekárny" je nalézt množinu ukazatelů, která co nejobjektivněji hodnotí ekonomickou efektivnost podniků v potravinářském průmyslu. The main goal of diploma thesis called "Effectiveness of the Macufacturing Industry - Mills and Bakeries" is to find set of financial indicators that evaluate economic efficiency of companies in food-processing industry most objectively.
