Lifestyle Hare Krishna community in Nové Sady

Abstract:

Nové Sady na Vyškovsku jsou malá vymírající obec, kde vznikla a dále se rozrůstá komunita oddaných hnutí Haré Kršna. V nauce hnutí se propojuje spirituální a environmentální rovina života. Motivace k životu na venkově vychází ve velké míře z této nauky, která klade důraz především na duchovní život, upozaďuje materialismus a podporuje samozásobitelství. Důležitým bodem nauky hnutí je etika neubližování, ahinsá, ze které vyplývá vegetariánství oddaných. Kromě vegetariánství dodržují oddaní další tři principy osvobození, tj. zákaz nepovoleného sexu, zákaz hazardu a zákaz požívání omamných látek. V textu najde čtenář informace o všedním životě členů komunity hnutí Haré Kršna v Nových Sadech, o tom, jaký smysl tomuto životnímu způsobu přikládají, jaký smysl přikládají práci ve výrobně vegetariánské stravy a její distribuci. Také je zkoumáno, v jaké míře jejich životní způsob naplňuje koncepty dobrovolné skromnosti a ekologického luxusu.

Abstract:

Nové Sady is a small die away village in Vyškov region, where community of Hare Krishna has been established and their development has begun. A spiritual and an environmental level of live are connecting in their religious belief. The motivation to live on the countryside is coming from their religious doctrine, which puts the emphasis on the spiritual life and it sets aside materialism and support own victual. The one of the major points of view of the religious doctrine is the canon of harmlessness. The vegetarianism, which is a symbol of ethnics, is coming from this religious doctrine. Furth more, there are three others basements of their life, e.g. forbiddance of an unauthorized sex, the gambling and consumption of narcotics. In the text below a reader will find information about the daily lives of the community members in this particular village. The reader will be informed about their sentiments on works in vegetarian´s food manufacture and about their opinion direct to the vegetarian food distribution. The study also examined if their live style meets the concept of a voluntary humility and an environmentally luxury.
