Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá Svobodným přístupem k informacím. Předmětem teoretické části je analýza právní úpravy práva na informace. Souhrnně seznamuje s problematikou žádosti o informace. V návaznosti na žádost je práce zaměřena na obranu vůči povinnému subjektu ve veřejné správě a úhrady poplatků za poskytnuté informace. This bachelor´s thesis deals with free access to information. The subject of the theoretical part is the analysis of the legal regulation of the right to information. It introduces in summary the issue of requests for information.
