Tato práce předkládá poznatky z pozitivní psychologie v oblasti well-being, zabývá se zvýšením míry optimálního prospívání a zároveň se zabývá vlivem osobní pohody na výkon povolání policisty. Nastiňuje přínos pozitivně fungujících organizací. Dále se zabývá příčinami stresu v práci a zvládáním stresových situací. This thesis presents findings from positive psychology in the field of well-being, deals with increasing the rate of flourishing, and at the same time deals with the influence of personal well-being on the performance of the police officer's profession.
