Bakalářská práce se zabývá spokojeností zákazníka v odvětví služeb. Hlavním cílem je identifikovat faktory ovlivňující spokojenost zákazníků s nutričním poradenstvím a následně navrhnout doporučení pro nutriční terapeutku, jak zákaznickou spokojenost zvýšit. The bachelor thesis deals with customer satisfaction in service industry. The main aim is to identify factors affecting customer satisfaction with nutrition counselling and then to propose recommendations for nutrition therapist on how to increase customer satisfaction.
