Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rovnosti mužů a žen a zákazu diskriminace v pracovních vztazích. Smyslem první části, je obeznámení s obecnými pojmy diskriminace, okrajově nastínit postavení ženy v historii, a dále zachycuje mezinárodní a českou právní úpravu v pracovněprávních vztazích.
