Cílem této bakalářské práce je prostřednictvím marketingového výzkumu analyzovat znalosti spotřebitelů v oblasti svých práv a povinností provozovatelů restaurací. Výzkum je prováděn formou dotazníkového šetření a je zaměřen na široku veřejnost. The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to analyse consumer knowledge of their rights and responsibilities of restaurants through marketing research. The research is performed by questionnaire and is aimed at the general public.
