Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je Sociální práce s dlužníky. Teoretická část je zaměřena na zmapování vývoje a současného stavu problematiky zadlužování v České republice. Popisuje, jak se zadlužení v České republice řeší a poukazuje na to, jak je důležité řešit zadlužení komplexně. V úvodu jsou vymezeny odborné pojmy týkající se dluhové problematiky, které jsou dále využívány v bakalářské práci. Dále je v teoretické části věnována pozornost dluhové problematice v sociální práci. Je popsáno, jak je sociální práce v dluhové problematice realizována. Zaměřuje se na poskytovatele služeb pro zadlužené osoby a na práci s nimi. Výzkum práce je zaměřen na zjištění dopadů zadluženosti a předluženosti na život dlužníků a jejich rodin. Stanovuje si za cíl, zjistit příčiny zadlužování a nesplácení pohledávek a následné řešení vzniklé situace dlužníkem. Pro ověření stanovených výzkumných otázek bylo provedeno deset rozhovorů s klienty sociálních služeb i se sociálními pracovníky.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is Social work with debtors. The theoretical part is focused on mapping the current issues of debt in the Czech Republic, how debt has evolved. Describing, has debt is handled in the Czech Republic and points out the importance of tackling debt comprehensively. In the introduction I will introduce professional terms related to debt issues, which are further used in the bachelor thesis. Furthermore, in the theoretical part, attention is paid to debt issues in social work. Is described, how social work in debt issues is implemented. Focuses on service providers for indebted persons and to work with them. Reserch is focused on determining the effects og debt and indebtedness for lives of debtors and their families. Sets a goal to find out out the causes of debt, non-payment of their receivables and then compile a proposal on how to improve ork with the client. Ten interviews with clients and social workers were concucted to verify the set goals.
