Diplomová práce zkoumá otázky spojené se správou domu a pozemku nemovitostí v režimu bytového spoluvlastnictví. Práce je strukturována do šesti kapitol a uvedena historickým exkurzem, po kterém následuje výklad základních pojmů bytového spoluvlastnictví a správy domu a pozemku. The thesis examines legal issues related to the administration of a building and tract of land of real estate in the housing co-ownership regime. The thesis is structured into six chapters and is introduced with a historical excursion, which is followed by an explanation of the key terms of housing co-ownership and house and plot management.
