V práci sme sa zamerali na právne aspekty podnikateľského prostredia malých a stredných podnikov. Vymedzili sme základné pojmy - podnik, podnikanie, podnikateľské prostredie, definovali sme malé a stredné podniky a legislatívne prostredie.
