Interpersonal Relations Between the Prisoners

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit a popsat interpersonální vztahy mezi odsouzenými ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Vliv interpersonální vztahů na klima ve skupině odsouzených a plnění programu zacházení ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody ve věznici s ostrahou. Programy zacházení v kombinaci s resocializačním procesem odsouzených jsou hlavními atributy, kterými se kompetentní zaměstnanci Vězeňské služby potažmo Věznice Rýnovice snaží působit na odsouzené jedince a co nejvíce zmírnit negativní projevy věznění a co nejlépe je připravit na přechod do společnosti. Tento proces samozřejmě zahrnuje i rozpoznání a rozklíčování složitých vztahů mezi odsouzenými a tím i eliminování případných negativních projevů, které tyto kolektivy provázejí. Struktura práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část splňuje formulaci teoretických východisek stanovené problematiky interpersonálních vztahů mezi odsouzenými. Definuje tyto vztahy, jakož i program zacházení a jeho základní rozdělení. Praktická část je zaměřena především na zodpovězení otázek a formulování stanovených předpokladů. Empirické poznatky, které měl průzkum za cíl přinést, se týkají především násilí mezi odsouzenými na oddíle ve věznici s ostrahou.

Abstract:

The main aim of this work is to identify and describe the interpersonal relationships between the convicts in prison. The influence of interpersonal relationships on the climate in the group of convicts and filling treatment program in a security prison. Treatment programs combined with the social rehabilitation process of convicts are the main attributes, which are competent employees of the Prison Service, or Prison Rýnovice, hence trying to impact on convicted persons and to reduce the negative effects of imprisonment as much as possible and to prepare them well for a return into society. This process obviously involves identifying and recognition complicated relationships between prisoners and thereby eliminating any negative effects that accompany these groups. Structure of the thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the formulation meets the established theoretical issues of interpersonal relations between convicts and defines these relationships, as well as the treatment program and its basic dividing. The practical part is focused on answering questions and formulating defined expectations. Empirical evidence that the survey should bring, relate mainly to violence among convicts in the security prison section.
