Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na téma: Potřebné kompetence pro kariérní růst v 21. století. Teoretická část se zabývá základní charakteristikou jednotlivých kompetencí a jejich dělením i jejich významem pro kariérní růst dospělých jedinců v současnosti. Praktická část práce zahrnuje empirický výzkum zaměřený na zjištění těch nejdůležitějších kompetencí, potřebných pro kariérní růst z hlediska pracujících lidí. Výsledky ukazují na rostoucí důležitost měkkých dovedností, jako je komunikace, adaptabilita, kreativita spolu s odbornými znalostmi a organizačními schopnostmi.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the topic: The Necessary Competencies for Career Growth in the 21st Century. The theoretical part addresses the basic characteristics of individual competencies, their classification, and their significance for the career growth of adults in the present day. The practical part of the thesis includes empirical research aimed at identifying the most important competencies needed for career growth from the perspective of working individuals. The results indicate the increasing importance of soft skills, such as communication, adaptability, and creativity, alongside professional knowledge and organizational abilities.
