Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zaměřuje na komunikaci a asertivitu v organizaci. První část práce se zabývá veškerými podstatnými body komunikace a asertivního jednání. Jakou roli hraje komunikace a asertivita v organizaci, zdali ji nějakým způsobem ovlivňuje, a do jaké míry. Také se v ní uvádí vysvětlení veškerých s ní spojených pojmů. V druhé části práce naleznete praktickou část se zpracovaným dotazníkem, který vyhodnocuje míru asertivního jednání vedoucích pracovníků určených organizací.

Abstract:

This graduate thesis focuses on a communication and an assertiveness in the organization. The first part of the thesis concentrates on all the essentials points of a communication and an assertive behavior. What role a communication and an assertiveness play in the organization, whether they affect the organization and how far. There is also an explanation of all associated phrases. In the second part there is a practical part with a filled questionnaire which evaluates the level of assertive behavior of the executives of the choosen organizations
