Abstract:
Diplomová práce se obecně zaměřuje na charakteristiku pracovního poměru, včetně jeho vzniku a zániku. Jejím ohniskem je rozbor jednotlivých způsobů skončení pracovního poměru, včetně projevu ochrany ve vztahu k zaměstnanci. Toto téma je stěžejní, proto je mu věnována podstatná část práce. This Master’s thesis concentrates on employment characteristics, including its commencement and termination. The main focus is to analyse individual ways of employment termination, including elements of protection in regard to an employee.
