Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou náhradní rodinné péče s přeshraničním prvkem, a to se zvláštním zaměřením na princip nejlepšího zájmu dítěte. Práce poskytuje podrobnou analýzu relevantní právní úpravy včetně aplikačních pravidel a vzájemných vztahů mezi jednotlivými prameny právní úpravy.
