Travel agency start-up Young and Fun Travel, s.r.o.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is dealing with the methodology of establishing the travel agency in the form of a legal person, that is a limited liability company. The theoretical part defines tourism, also we deal with the history and development stages and also the development of party tourism. In theoretical section we also explain the concept of a travel agency, explore the origins and further deal with the legislative amendment and classification. Practical part is about ‘‘step by step‘‘ procedure of establishing a travel agency. We are dedicated to the theme of how to build a business plan, how and what is necessary to give a concession to operate a travel agency. What conditions the applicant must meet. Further discusses the obligations of brokers to insure against insolvency. In the next section we accompany the novice entrepreneur in tourism by establishing a limited liability company. We deal with what steps you need to perform on the newly established travel agency, which is limited liability company. We detailed focus on the trip like the main product of a travel agency. In thes section we make specific calculations on trips, tours on the access (incoming) and outbound (outgoing) tourism. And in the last part of the thesis we emphasize the understanding of target markets to which a travel agency may focus, competitor analysis, and we calculate the return on the initial investment into the company and management with a positive result.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca navrhuje metodiku založenia cestovnej kancelárie formou právnickej osoby, teda spoločnosti s ručením obmedzeným. V teoretickej časti sa vymedzuje pojem cestovný ruch, takisto sa zaoberáme jeho históriou a etapami vývoja a takisto aj vývoj party cestovného ruchu. V teoritickej časti ďalej rozoberáme pojem cestovná kancelária, takisto skúmame pôvod a podrobnejšie sa zaoberáme jej legislatívnou úpravou a klasifikáciou. V praktickej časti sprevádzame krok za krokom postupom pri založení cestovnej kancelárie. Venujeme sa tematike ako zostaviť podnikateľský plán, ako a čo je potrebné pre vydanie koncesii k prevádzkovaniu cestovnej kancelárii. Aké podmienky musí žiadateľ spĺňať. Ďalej pojednávame o povinnosti kancelárie poistiť sa proti úpadku. V nasledujúcej časti sprevádzame začínajúceho podnikateľa v cestovnom ruchu založením spoločnosti s ručením obmedzeným. Zaoberáme sa tým, aké úkony je nutné vykonať, aké povinnosti vyplývajú novo vzniknutej cestovnej kancelárii a zároveň spoločnosti s ručení obmedzeným. Podrobne sa zoberáme zájazdom ako hlavným produktom cestovnej kancelárie. V tejto časti tvoríme kalkulácie konkrétnych zájazdov na príjazdový (incoming) a výjazdový (outgoing) cestovný ruch. A v poslednej teda návrhovej časti kladie dôraz na poznanie cieľových trhov, na ktoré sa cestovná kancelária môže zamerať, analyzuje konkurenciu a kalkulujeme o návratnosti počiatočnej investície do podnikia a o hospodárení s kladným hospodárskym výsledkom.
