Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice řízení zásob vratných obalů ve firmě Robert Bosch s.r.o – České Budějovice. Pomocí metody modelování hodnotového toku Value stream mapping bude prověřen stávající proces řízení zásob a oběhu vícecestných obalových setů a v případě nalezení úzkých míst budou navržena opatření. V další části práce bude navrženo nové schéma řízení a zároveň bude vyvinut nástroj pro kontrolu oběhu a řízení zásob obalů ve skladu k řešení akutního problému absence systému včasného varování v případě nedostatku obalů na skladě. Nástroj by měl snížit popř. eliminovat vícenáklady plynoucí z nefunkčnosti stávajícího systému řízení, optimalizovat zásoby ve skladu Lašek a harmonizovat celý hodnotový tok.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of inventory management of the returnable packaging in company Robert Bosch s.r.o - České Budějovice. Using the method of Value Stream Mapping the existing flows of returnables will be analyzed. Improvement solutions to avoid bottlenecks with returnables will be proposed after. In the next part of the thesis a new scheme of circulation of returnable packaging sets and flow of information will be developer. In the next step a tool for circulation control as well as for inventory management will be found out. This tool should solve an acute problem of absence of the early warning system in the case of lack of packaging in the warehouse. The tool should reduce or eliminate the extra costs resulting from the existing disfunctional management system. Also the stocks in Lašek warehouse will be optimized and thus the whole value stream will be harmonized.
