Czech National Bank as central authority and its supervisory role after financial crisis

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je Česká národní banka jako centrální dohledový orgán a její role po finanční krizi. Práce je rozdělena na 2 části- část teoretickou, která se zabývá historii centrálních bank, vznikem a vývojem české národní banky, jejími základními funkcemi a regulací a dohledem bank a část praktickou, která je věnována finanční krizí, rozboru finanční stability jako jednoho z cílů České národní banky a splnění hlavního cíle bakalařské práce- identifikaci možnosti řešení dopadu finanční krize ve finančním sektoru.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis is the Czech National Bank as the central supervisory authority and its role after the financial crisis. This bachelor thesis consider of two chapters –the first chapter is theoretical, which deals with the history of central banks, the emergence and development of the Czech national bank, its basic functions and the regulation and supervision of banks and the second practical, which is dedicated to the financial crisis, the analysis of financial stability as one of the objectives of the Czech national bank and the achievement of the main objectives of the theses - identify the options for resolving the impact of the financial crisis in the financial sector.
