Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá aspekty syndromu vyhoření ve zdravotnictví. Vysvětluje pojem syndrom vyhoření a jeho rizikové faktory. Dále pak možnosti prevence a léčby tohoto syndromu. V praktické části se zabývá jednotlivými sektory ve zdravotnictví (státní, soukromý, privátní). This bachelor’s thesis deals with the aspects of burnout syndrome in health care. It explains the burnout syndrome and its risk factors. Furthermore, the possibility of prevention and treatment of this syndrome.
