Territorial planning materials on regional level

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá mapováním procesů v územním plánování, které souvisejí s geograficky orientovanými daty. Je zde popsána problematika územního plánování v České republice a stručně také problematika modelování (mapování) procesů. Dále je stanoven postup při mapování procesů na úseku Územního plánování krajského úřadu v Pardubicích, namodelovány procesy související s geograficky orientovanými daty a jejich využitím, navržena kritéria pro hodnocení kvality procesů, na jejichž základě byl vybrán proces k monitorování a měřitelné ukazatele tohoto procesu. Práce obsahuje i závěrečné vyhodnocení původně navrženého postupu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with mapping of the processes in territorial planning. These processes are related to geographically oriented data. There is a description of the issues of territorial planning in the Czech Republic and a brief characterization of process mapping. There is also specified a procedure for mapping processes at the section of Territorial planning at the regional bureau in Pardubice. Afterwards the processes related to geographically oriented data are mapped, there are suggested few criteria for the evaluation of the quality of the processes. Upon the basis of those criteria one process was chosen to be monitored and quantifiable indicators were defined. The thesis includes final evaluation of the original procedure of work as well.
