Cieľom bakalárskej práce je na základe marketingového prieskumu zistiť spokojnosť hostí s ponúkanými službami v hoteli Château Gbeľany**** a vytvoriť návrhy pre jej zvýšenie a tým aj zvýšenie návštevnosti hotela.
