First responder in the Prehospital Emergency Care system

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zmapováním systému first responderů v přednemocniční péči v České republice. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části. Část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popisovány hlavní modely poskytování přednemocniční péče, koncept "first responder" ve světě a jeho využití v České republice. Nedílnou součásti teoretické části je také popis nově vyvinutého systému KISS SHARP, který slouží pro aktivaci a navigaci first responderů na místo události s jejich využitím. Praktická část se zabývá zmapováním využívání systému first responderů, jejich odlišnostech a způsobů využití v jednotlivých krajích České republiky.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the mapping of the system of first responders in pre-hospital care in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into two parts. Theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part describes the main models of pre-hospital care, the "first responder" concept in the world and its use in the Czech Republic. An integral part of the theoretical part is also a description of the newly developed system KISS SHARP, which is used to activate and navigate the first responders to the event site with their use. The practical part deals with the mapping of the use of the system of first responders, their differences and ways of using them in the individual regions of the Czech Republic.
