Occupational health and safety with a focus on specific organizations

Abstract:

Práce řeší problematiku bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na pracovišti společnosti PERFECT pure service, o.p.s, která se zabývá zaměstnáváním znevýhodněných skupin. Nabídka pracovních pozic je pestrá, a to od administrativních činností až po základní úklidové a specializované práce. V rámci dotazníkového zjištění lze konstatovat, že jde o firmu odpovědnou, která klade důraz na bezpečnost svých zaměstnanců v oblasti BOZP. Pouze v souvislosti s doporučeními ve snaze doplnit či zlepšit systém BOZP byly navrženy postupy pro bezpečnostní značení, která byla dle zaměstnanců nedostatečná. Všeobecně však lze říci, že jde o firmu společensky zodpovědnou ve vztahu ke svým pracovníkům, kterým nejen, že zabezpečuje a poskytuje práci, jelikož jde o znevýhodněnou skupinu na trhu práce, ale i přístup k jejich ochraně a bezpečnosti je na velice dobré úrovni.

Abstract:

The work addresses the issue of safety and health at work at the workplace of the company PERFECT pure service, o.p.s, which deals with the employment of disadvantaged groups. The offer of job positions is varied, from administrative activities to basic cleaning and specialized work. Within the questionnaire, it can be stated that it is a responsible company that emphasizes the safety of its employees in the field of health and safety. Only in connection with the recommendations in an effort to supplement or improve the occupational health and safety system were procedures proposed for safety marking, which according to the employees were insufficient. In general, however, it is a company that is socially responsible in relation to its employees, which not only secures and provides work, as it is a disadvantaged group in the labour market, but also access to their protection and safety is at a very good level.
