Tato práce se zabývá tvorbou a využíváním mzdového systému v podniku, jako nástroje sloužícího ke stimulaci výkonu pracovníků a zároveň prvku ovlivňujícího náklady. This thesis deals with creation and exploatation of a wage payment plan in an enterprise, that is used as an instrument of stimulation of workers' performance and simultaneously as an element that affects costs.
