Land Planning and Protection of Property Rights
Abstract:
Tématem mojí práce je územní plánování a ochrana vlastnických práv. Ve své práci se zabývám definováním územního plánování, vymezením jeho nástrojů a také proces pořízení a schvalování územně plánovací dokumentace. V druhé části své práce se také zabývám ochranou vlastnických práv, která jsou v oblasti územního plánování omezována.
Abstract:
The theme of my work is lands planning and protection of property rights. I’m concerned in my work with define landscape planning, delimit of tools and also process acquisition and approval landscape planning documentation. I’m concerned in the second part of my work with protection of property rights that is limited at landscape planning sphere
